By commissioning me you agree to be bound by my terms and conditions as set out below. This agreement is subject to change at any time, without notice:

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to post, use, and reproduce any commissioned work to advertise my services.

I retain the copyright to any image I produce (though make no such claim to the content/characters depicted) unless otherwise discussed.

        When ordering

Please, be as specific as possible. If you have reference images, great! If you don't, please try to be extra descriptive. BONUS if you can give details about your character's personality, background, or general information about the world or story they hail from!

Provide ALL reference material no more than 24 hours after I agree to take on your commission. (If this is a situation where limited slots are open, you will lose your slot/place in line.)

        Pricing

All posted commission prices are a basic estimate and will increase with the difficulty and/or complexity of an image. (If your character is a wolf okay, but if it has 10 wings and 12 legs the amount of work involved is going to be different)

Pricing will be discussed at the time a sketch is presented for approval, if it's different than the posted prices.

        Payment Info

Payments are to be made in USD (CAD if Canadian) and are accepted via PAYPAL only!

100% payment is due once I receive your approval for the sketch of your commission.

Further work will not be done until payment is received. Please be ready, as a sketch can take several days or just a few hours. (Please discuss with me beforehand if you need time or to delay payment or something)

        Updates

Everyone likes to know how things are going!

Updates will be provided when significant progress has been made on the image commissioned or as requested by you! This can take the form of either a screen-shot of the work in progress or a livestream-type communication if you'd like to discuss any elements of the work.

This is also your opportunity to tell me if you'd like anything changed. Minor changes are no problem, please feel free to point out any mistakes I've made! More significant changes may require a re-evaluation of the price so please keep this in mind before approving the sketch and other updates after that point.

Let me know if you have any questions!
